I went to Mademoiselle to receive the 15 free visits and I signed a contract thinking everything was going to be good. Well about a week after I signed up something personal happened to me and I called the office that takes the cancel calls after the three days, and I didn't get an answer, but I left a message. Three weeks passed by and I still haven't heard from anyone so I called back and the lady told me that she hadn't got a message from me and I just didn't believe that because she got the second message that I left. I told her that I needed to cancel and she told me that she couldn't do anything after the three days were up but at the Spa they told me that she was the one to talk to. She told me that I had to write a letter and send it to the Board of Directors. Well I had misplaced the address and called back but no answer. She called back but I wasn't home so when I finally got a chance I called her back to get the address and wrote a letter but never heard from the company but they sent me a letter saying that I needed to pay my account and I have been trying to cancel since I basically signed up. Well I called back and the lady asked me why do I want to cancel and I told her that basically right now I can't afford it and plus I have been going back and forward to the doctor trying to find out why I have been sick. She told me that "Well Mademoiselle won't cancel because you can afford it" and I said I don't even go or use the spa and she said "They won't cancel because you don't go or use the spa either" and I said So Basically I just got suckered in? And she says "If that's what you want to call it!" Well I just don't think that is fair you have to pay for something that you don't use or go to. I had also told her that I have been sick and she said that "Well you would have to have the Doctor to send a letter stating what you condition is and how long is will last!" with an attitude. I asked her, so basically you want me to put my business out in the street. And she said, "If you want to call it that." But it is really unfair if you don't go or use the spa but they expect you to pay. But you know God will get them for all of the ripoffs they have did on innocent people. I really don't understand why someone would want to ripoff people for no apparent reason.
