I have been with Body of Change for a couple of months. I've had 3 different trainers in that short period of time. I'm suppose to get 3 sessions per week. That's yet to happen because of scheduling conflicts. Trainers who are running behind expect me to wait on them. I go during my lunch hour, so I don't have time to wait on them.
When I do call my trainer, she doesn't return my calls either.
I'm locked into this contract for a year, however seriously considering closing my checking account out so they can no longer draft my $360.00 per month. I can give myself a better work out than these clowns have for nothing. I would tell anyone considering this service, NOT to do it. It's a rip off, and the trainers are not certified. I was actually injured my 2nd workout because of being overloaded with weight.
Bad news. Save your money, or go to a gym that allows you to hire your own personal trainer from the outside.
