I ordered free trial for 4.95. I called and cancelled the monthly order but was billed anyway. Largo Florida

I ordered a free trial for 4.95 and I called within the time limit to cancel the monthly reorder. I also e-mailed my cancellation because of some allergic reactions. I was told by Garran on that day that I did not have to return unused portions. Yet now this month my credit card was billed 38.95 and 39.95 even though I was informed I did not have to return unused portion. Beware of this RipOff. Products were Colopure and Acaipure listed in FL and Utah but on credit card bill both have the same phone number.
