Colopure Charged my credit card for something after i had already cancelled it 2 weeks prior

I recieved the Free trial bottle i ordered for 1.95 shipping on Spetember 30th. And Cancelled my subscription on the! St of October the very next morning, a nd sent it back then also with a delivery confirmation from the postal office saying it got there within the time limit. And 2 weeks after it had been sent back and cancelled i found a charge of 59.95$ on my credit card bill.
