Resveratrolultra.com I ordered a free sample. When I called to cancel order, I could not get a body to talk to. They billed me 87.13 within 2 weeks after I ordered free sample and paid shipping

I ordered a free sample resveritrol. I paid the 4.00 shipping fee. I tried calling to cancel the order, but could not get any answer. With-in a week, I received another bottle and was charged 87.13. I call again to tell them there was a mistake. They answered this time and said there were no refunds as the 14 day period had passed.
