Credit life called me on the phone offering special offers but told me I had so many days to cancel if I changed my mind. I never received the information to review and they took 149 dollare from my account. I called the bank and got the phone number for Credit life, which was on the withdrawal slip. I talked with a lady on the 16th of July and was told 50 dollars would be replaced right then and 99 dollars later. That was 9 weeks ago. Now when I call it's a recording which indicates technical difficulties and I request will be proceed within a few day. I'm not sure how long a few days is for Credit Life but for me it should have be taken care of. I would like to talk with a human and not a machine to get a real date and time for payment!
I never received any of the information or the free gas card promised to me. I have learned a valuable lesson.
