I went on-line to order heartguard and frontline for my dog. I found the cheapest price on www.discountpetdrugs.com for only the heartguard so I continued to purchase this.
I put my credit card info into there website and at the end when it tells you to submit only once, I did It! It did not say "ANYTHING" about a prescription needed!
That was on March 30th. Then on April, 1st I got a e-mail bill with the total (58.94). Then on April 2nd I got another e-mail saying they need the dogs doctor number so they can get a prescription for the heartguard that they let me purchase without telling me I needed a prescription!
So I call and cancel the order after giving them Hell! They credited my card back. So now It's April 6th and there no sign of my refund!
If I wanted the doctor Involved I would have purchased the heartguard from the doctor not the internet.
I think this Is a fine example of fraud. They do this and there is a percentage of people that don't know what to do or don't have the time to correct what they got Into!
If this happens to you make sure to fight untill you get your money back!!!
