Discount Pet Drugs (dot) com provides little to no customer service. After ordering pet food a month ago, I still haven't received the product. Prescription food is critical for my pet and thanks to this website I have to worry a little more about my pet's health. I was charged about $50 for a product that hasn't reached my door. Calls to customer service have not been fruitful, and e-mails go entirely amiss. I plan on calling and e-mailing them every day until the day I get my bag of pet food. This is no way to run a business and people should know NEVER TO USE DISCOUNTPETDRUGS.com.
