Customer support truly hurts! I requested 3 blades, 1 which was lacking the free bonus package. I named, was informed they'd deliver a brand new blade. I inquired basically must deliver the initial back and was informed, "no, maintain it." I knew of the child that didn't travel and had a birthday and so I offered it to him. I waited a few months and nothing arrived within the email and so I named to confirm the position of shipping. I had been informed these were NOT likely to deliver me a different one, that I'd need to purchase a complete new package! I asked this using what I'd been informed and was placed on store for around 20 units, lastly the guy returned informing me I really could purchase the reward package for 5.99. I asked why I ought to need to purchase it, although not just that, what was I likely to do with simply the package with no blade. I had been informed virtually that which was also poor and that I would need to purchase the reward package or purchase an entire fresh blade, reward package and all - 30-some bucks with delivery and handling. Obviously I told them simply to overlook it. Customer support LIED to express minimal - simply inform the reality the very first time and issues such as this won't occur.
