I ordered a bottle of AcaiBerry to see if it would help me lose weight and gain energy. The ad said that it was free and all I had to pay was the shipping which came to $5.95. Then within a week or so, I found out that they had taken $94.57 out of my bank account without my permission.
The product did nothing for me that it promised so I had no intention of ordering more. The company sent me a new bottle about 3 weeks later and I didn't order it. They said I had 15 days to return it but they also said I needed a return number and they wouldn't take it back if I just wrote "Return to Sender" on it.
I tried to call them to get the number and the return department is only open Monday - Friday from 9-5. I went to their website and the said they would chat with me live... No one came on to chat with me so I could get this resolved.
