Requested a product online. Cash was quickly billed to my charge card. I wait. I wait. I wait. Following a week I e-mail, asking of a probable shipping day. No reply. No reply. No reply. I call.'it requires... A lot of times to approach your purchase... Blah, blah, blah'. Another week after which another pass. I email. The exact same... No reply. No reply. No reply. I am busy so I e-mail a couple of days later... No reaction. No reply. No reply. Following a few more times I contact. Product is on back-order and have no idea when it'll be accessible.
