We have used the Eckerd Pharmacy on McCart in Fort Worth, TX since February of last year. Starting sometime around May or June, *every* prescription we have had filled has had some type of error or problem. We kept hoping that it would get better, but we were very, very wrong. We had one prescription filled for our daughter and when we picked up the Rx, it was made out for me, an adult, and had my Ob/Gyn doctor's name on the Rx. When we told the pharmacist that the Rx was for our daughter, they proceeded to argue with us that it was not for our daughter. Once we were able to convince them that the pediatric medicine was for our daughter, all they wanted to do was put a different label over the old one!!! Another time I went in to get my other daughter's Rx, they refilled my prenatal vitamins! Another time they filled my prenatal vitamins twice and charged me full price instead of my regular copay.
The errors are limitless at this pharmacy! Including calling in to make sure a Rx was there, being put on hold seven times in five minutes and repeating our request each time. When we finally were told the Rx was there, we headed to the store and when we arrived, we were told they didn't know what Rx we were talking about!!!
It goes on and on, but I think you get the idea. I fear for the child that gets someone's codeine pills or heart medication by error!
