Local representative sold us this policy for 227.00 said it would cover this and cover that, and when it came to pay of course it did not, so we cancelled the policy and now owe well over a 1,000 in uncovered medical bills.
Here is where the real story comes in we cancelled and this and yet they continued to draft the membership fees and caused a major problem with my bank. We have requested them to refund this and yet they do not.
This company is a mega insurance company charging high premiums with 0 benifits and local agents misrepresenting their product. Please Help!!!
