I've talked with FWM customer service representatives four times.
The first person, Jenny, assured me that my card would be credited. After 10 days, I called back and was told it takes 10-12 business days for the refund to be credited.
Today, 22 days later, I talked with someone who told me that I had been given false information. When I asked why they would have someone working for their company who was giving false information, he said she had probably been fired. I asked to speak to his supervisor, was on hold for way too long, and finally hung up.
I then called back and talked with Rei who said he would file a request for a refund and asked if I would like to have the email address where he would be sending his request.

I explained my situation and told them I expect an immediate response and VISA credit. I also told them I wouldn't go away quietly so... We'll see.
