Personal Trainer Fee Kept Debiting Over a Year After Illness and Cancellation

What was supposed to be an 18 visit personal trainer fee has gone on undetected for over 1 year. I became ill 1 1/2 years ago and was unable to use the service finally I cancelled the Fitworks membership but the personal trainer charge went on. As far as I am concerned I've been fraudulently taken advantage of.
