What was supposed to be an 18 visit personal trainer fee has gone on oundetected for over 1 year. I became ill 1 1/2 years ago and was unable to use the service finally i cancelled the fitworks membership but the personal trainer charge went on. As far as i am concerned i've been fraudlently taken advantage of.
