I am reporting that Fitworks is a RIP-OFF. I was a member of Moores Fitness for 10 years. I paid $2200 for the membership and I paid $70 per year to renew my membership. When Fitworks bought out Moores Fitness, I was told that I could keep my membership by renewing it for $120 per year and only in 2 or more year increments. I renewed it for 2 years and now they told me over the phone that I cant renew it in yearly increments, but only in monthly automatic renewals for $34 per month. That is over $360 per year. What a RIP OFF. Also last time I renewed my membership, I was told that they would send me my membership card in the mail, and I still havent received it.
Im writing this to just warn people that there main purpose isn't fitness, its to RIP YOU OFF! I was amazed to talk to people about my situation and I found out that other members have been ripped off also. I can write a list of approximately 10 people that I know that have been ripped off by fitworks. Im just happy that there are many better options in fitness.
