Charged for Products that I Never Received/Can't get any reply

I ordered several Lady Primrose products. My debit card was charged. I received an email confirmation with the status of my order but there was never any status. Could never get a person via phone or a reply to many email inquiries. I lost $100. And will be much more careful about purchasing anything online.
