Company leaves me on hold for over 30mins, then does not fax or phone doctors involved. Raises rates constantly

This company raises rates constantly and does not help the paitent in any way with approving medications. You can never get any help on any situation. I can not begin to tell you how bad this insurance company is. My son has extreme alleries. The only medication that works is Algra D. He's been thru a battery of tests. We wish there was something else that would work, But No, nothing else does. The insurance company gives me nothing but greif and I pay for this with the rates going higher every year. Also, Most of the people that work there are very unsympathetic, and thats putting nicely. Their totally nasty and keep you on hold forever. If this is an example of the American Health care system it is pathetic. I hope this complaint helps others not to put thier hard earned money into this company.
