I asked for a free trial with a shipping charge of $4.95. They charge me directly in my Visa account $39.95 more without warning. I tried to call them but they never answer the phone. I also want to cancel what they called "membership" to avoid the next automatic supply of ($39.95 4.95$) but no answer. It's simply a rip-off. I want my money back and they stop this fraud.
