In short, my wife took out an expensive membership with Genewize to receive their DNA vitamins. We both received our product at least 3 months after taking the so called DNA testing This is to have the product customised to our DNA match. That's a laugh. Well after receiving the frist batch we never received any more, so we cancelled the card, and prior to that we inquired as to why we had not received our product.

The customer service department gave an explanation that was not acceptable, and was full of excuses. About three month later I received 3 charges all being made at the same time on my credit card for 49.00 all on 1/04. Knowing that I had cancelled my account with Genewize I called up the company and they slammed the phone down on me. I called again, and this time I was placed on hold for 20 minutes when a rude woman told me that I never cancelled my account.

She slammed the phone down on me, so I called the bank. The bank called them up on my behalf and the accounts department slammed the phone down on them as well. We are reporting them for Credit card fraud. I will let you know what happens. For me it's not the money. Its because they would not discuss the situation and slammed the phone down on me. Beware of these people as I know others that have been cheated.
