I did order the trial pkg. Of colon med700, I called to cancel within the 15 day period, but was not given a conf. Number. I tried to cancel on the web site that was provided, but the site won't connect. I tried to call the 1-866-360-1477, and hold for at least 30 minutes at a time, and no one picks up. Can someone give some assistance in getting my money refunded. Thank You
