I went online and ordered a trial bottle, I second quessed it so they reduced my fee of 7.95 to 3.95 I thought what the heck, why not. I can cancel, right?! I called and cancelled my 6 days after I ordered. I hadnt even received my trial yet.
I get my bank statement and I have a 3.95 change then 2 days later they charged an additional 3.02 for what I have no idea they couldnt tell me. Ok, I will take that charge its 3.02, I learned my lesson.
10 days later I deposit money in my bank and I notice it is less then it should be I ask for another statement and I had been charged 89.31 to my account. I called the 877-350-8480 # for 13 days and I get no answer, just crappy music. I waited for 32min. On hold. I could call 5 to 8 times a day and get no where.
I looked up thier site again and found that not only do they take money that isnt theirs but also sell your email address to other companies. WTF! There is different number to call and ask for them to stop. I tried that number and reached someone right away. Although you can tell by speaking to the employees that the company is outsourcing they are also not knowledgable.
I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 days. The fifth day was Oct. 28th I have called 6 times and everytime I am told they are having difficulties with their billing department and that I need to be patient I am on the high prioity list and that I will receive my refund in 3-5 days. It is now Dec 18th. What a joke!
I called today and was told that I need to return their product, i told them i never received anything so when the manager Steve reads off my address it was somewhere in maplewood? I dont even know where that is! Let alone live there. I told the manager that I was going to call my bank and report it as a frad charge and then report them to the Better Business Bureau. Steve said "oh, I see our mistake" he called and "alerted" the corp office and I will be receiving my refund.in guess how many days 3-5
