This company advised in their add that they would send a 14 day trial and after 14 days that you receive the first bottle if you did'nt cancel they would automatically charge your card and send you another bottle for 89.13, but less than 7 days after I received the first bottle, they charged my card, and when I called them they told me that they could not do anything about it.
I returned the product and called again with the Postal Confirmation at that time they said that they would send my case to the Corporate Office and to call back in 3 days, I called again after 7 days and spoke to a supervisor who told me that they did receive the product but I had to call the Credit Card.Co. And that the case was not sent to the Corporate office because it was under investigation.??
I told them that if they had the product, THEY should refund me. I did file a complain with Federal Trade Commission.
