For those of you interested in getting a spa treatment of any kind, don't go to Yvonne Mariciena's on Broadway in Laguna Beach, CA. I received a gift certificate to go there for a massage and facial from my mother. Being a new mom, I decided to have the massage first. About an hour after the massage I broke out in huge, red bumps all over my body! Obviously I was allergic to something in their massage oil. Needless to say, I wasn't interested in returning there for a facial! So, a few days later, still itchy and uncomfortable, I went back to the store to ask that the remaining $140.00 of the gift certificate be refunded to me. All I got was a "We don't give refunds.".
So, for those interested in a "skin care treatment", BEWARE! In this day and age of terrible customer service, Yvonne Marciena's is, unfortunately, no exception to the rule.
