I took advantage of a "trial offer" for which I would pay only for shipping. I received the trial shipment of "Pro Series Green Coffee Complete" and took the capsules according to the directions on the bottle. At the end of the trial period there was no weight loss whatsoever. Then, out of the blue, I received another bottle which I consumed according to directions, with the same results of no weight loss. I have in my possession a third bottle which I have not used out of. Today, I received a Master Card statement indicating two separate charges from SkinDiet.net totaling $139.96. I immediately called the toll-free number and inquired about the charges. I was told that, because I didn't call and cancel the "subscription", it was assumed I liked the product and thus wanted shipments continued for which I was charged. I told them their product did not work as advertised, that I never saw anything stating that I was to contact them about canceling within a 20 day trial period and I wanted a $139.96 credit sent to my MC account, which, of course, they refused.
