Poor customer service

I was trying to send in rx claim forms, and they kept telling me I had a pre-existing condition. I had sent in my prior coverage 4 times. When I explained to the CSR that I didn't have a pre-existing condition, she finally told me that one of the meds I had sent in was causing the delay. It was an antibiotic.in short, what should normally take 14 business days to process, it took 5 weeks.

They are just very frustrating to work with. Some would tell me they would call me when I got a fax, and didn't, and she was a supervisor. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said I was being unreasonable. I asked her if I was swearing, she said no. I asked her if I was yelling, she said no. I asked her if she could answer my questions, she said no. Then if you can't answer my questions, transfer me to someone who can!

After leaving 3 voice mails for the manager, I finally asked a CSR for the name of the managers boss. Lo and behold, I got to speak to the manager. But it shouldn't have to go that far. 3 weeks and 9 phone calls later, 1/2 of my claim was paid. I am currently still waiting for the other half of my money.
