Being an old woman with digestive problems and limited income, I fell for a free trial offer for postage only. (endorsed by Oprah) I wasn't even sure it ever was sent because the web page kept going off.
No confirmation was ever sent to me either by e-mail or letter, but a charge for a full amount was on my credit card report a few days later.
Efforts to notify them that I wanted this order cancelled by phone or e-mail have resulted in no response.
