I responded to an advertisement on the internet which offered 2 anti-wrinkle products for a free trial providing I was prepared to pay for the postage of £2.95 and £2.97. I placed an order for this free trial and gave my credit card number in payment of the postage charge.
At no time did I give a separate order for the two creams I have been charged for and, although their confirmation advised me my free trial would be sent within a few days, I have still not received this either. Apparently my order number for the free trial is:
