On 11/19 I linked to a web site that was attached to my local news, I saw an add for acai pure according to the site it was endorsed by Oprah and Rachelle Ray.
The add said pay $4.95 shipping for a free trial, I read the small print and in no where printed did I see and or agree to their terms. I have been ripped off, I'm not rich I didn't authorize acai pure / Central coast nutraceuticals inc
Again I only agreed to pay $4.95 and now I have 2 charges the first 11/19 for
$44.85 and now I just received my credit card bill witha new charge dated 12/27 for $39.95 When I called the person I finally got thru to told me I would not get a refund on the first charge as I did not return it in time, when I tried to explain that I had surgery on 12/9 I was told that I was out of luck, and he hung up on me.
