I received this letter from Loteria Primitiva Madrid Spain on winning USD $615,810.00 and to fill in the form enclosed from the Santa Lucia Security Company S.A. And provide my bank account details. I was pretty sussed about it. I looked at the letter carefully and thought if they were giving away millions of dollars the company will certainly have its own website and not just use YAHOO. So I also looked it up on the internet and do some research about the company and I saw this report. Im so happy that I saw this and that is why I am writing this report so other people will read this and will not be conned.
