I ordered Idiot Proof Diet Package 1. I downloaded it and never got it. They continued to have me download it. So I've lost $39

I downloaded Idiot Proof Diet PACKAGE 1 for $39 and gave them my debit card #. It never got downloaded, and when I went back in to contact them, I was asked over & over to download it. Never got what I paid $39 for.
