The day I went in to sign up my two daughters and myself for tanning packages, the employee made mistakes with the contracts and tried to fix her mistakes. She wound up charging my account seven times for three contracts. I was aware something could go wrong so I kept is close contact with the bank. This matter was settled because I chased it down and fixed it. Then in April I got a call while on vacation from my embarrassed daughter who went to tan and was told in front of a crowded waiting room that she was not allowed to tan because her credit card was denied.
It turned out that the numbers were copied wrong on her contract so they ran the charge through on wrong account numbers and it was denied. This took about a week to straighten out but it finally was and they again apologized. Toward the end of my contract I went in to check on the time I needed to cancel my daughter's contract. You need to write in a month ahead of time and cannot be too early or too late or you will pay fines or be charged another month. (They can do this because they insist on taking your debit card number) I was told to write the letter in the middle of July so she ould be finished at the end of August. Come September one I was charged a 50.00 early termination fee. They told me to write the letter then and I did. The contracts are kind of confusing and this is why I wanted to do it right and I asked them to help me. Midnight Sun will not take responsibility for their employees mistakes and suggested I learn to read contracts more carefully. This is why I asked them! I will never give a company my debit number and I will never use a midnight sun again. I would rather pay more and have honesty.
