Advanced Bright/IWIN Whitening whatever you want to call this "company" charged my account without authorization! I know what your thinking (I didn't cancel my membership and they continued to charge me) WRONG!
First off, I know this is how the company works! Don't give them your information for any reason. I tried the product and didn't like it. The http://www.advancedbright.com website looks professional and the product you get is like "flea market" quality. Sorry IWIN/Advanced Bright, but you really should stop cheating people $88.97.
I received the package and went online knowing if I didn't cancel they would charge my account for a month supply, and cancelled via e-mail. So life goes on and one day my US Bank account shows an 88.97 charge which put me in negative. I am a college student so I am broke as it is.
I called the company and someone answered and just said, "Hello" as if you were at your house. Seems to me their customer service hot-line is a home based phone system. After demanding my money back, they tell me no I didn't cancel and for me to enjoy the product. I asked for a manager, and was put on hold for NO LIE 41 mins! Same guy comes back on and I tell him to forget it and I was calling my bank.
From then on I had no phone-phone conversations with this company, just by e-mail. FINALLY, I e-mailed the company saying I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are in the process of investigating your company. OH MAN OH MAN THAT GOT THEIR EARS OPEN!
I received many e-mails from the company saying "When you cancel the dispute with USBANK, we will refund your money." Nevertheless, these people are making so much money off people that don't even realize they are being victimized.US Bank credited the 88.97 charge back to my account until further investigation.
Turns out, I finally got my money back and I was in favor in the investigation.
Let this be a warning for consumers that are going to purchase anything for Advanced Bright. Even if you cancel the 14-day free trial, they still charge your account as if you didn't cancel, then make up some crap about "No further charges will be charged to your account" Ummm... NO I wanted my money back and no further charges please. And final that's what I got with the help of the US Bank Dispute center.
