I ordered a free trial of teeth whitening kit. All I had to do was pay $4.99 shipping. I went online to my bank and my account was overdrawn, $88.97 for whitening and $25 overdraft. I freaked out, at first I didn't know what it was. I typed in Iwin Whitening on the internet and came to this ripoff webpage. You're put on hold for days if you call them. I e-mailed and they said I agreed to the "membership" when I ordered it. Honestly, I didn't see anything about a membership, I wouldn't have ordered it if I did, I just wanted that trial package for $4.99. So now I'm sweating it out wondering if they're going to keep billing me. I mailed them and told the I was going to file a dispute with my bank and they told me stop the dispute and we'll email you the process to get a refund and they will no longer bill me. I waited 3 days and figured out they're not going to help me. I filed the dispute with my bank yesterday and took the package they sent me back to the post office and had them return to sender. I hope my bank can handle this and get my refund.
This has been a nightmare.
