Healthways gave some misleading information at an earnings conference call which is alleged in a shareholder lawsuit. Just as an FYI... The stock on this company dropped from the high 60s to the mid 20s since the beginning of 2008. My advice is to use your own CAREFUL judgment about this company and stay attuned to the course of litigation.
