International Finance and Trust LLC represents itself as a successful Company capable of putting large Commercial Real Estate deals and various platforms together.in reality it is nothing more than a domain name that started with 4 shareholders a year ago and now it's reduced to one shareholder by the name of Julie Holden. The physical address listed is for a condo in Ft Meyers Florida owned or rented by Kurt Hamilton. Kurt is no longer even a shareholder in this alleged shell company. To our knowledge there are 0 employees and we have not been able to find one investor who has had any success with these people.
We have lost our entire investment and all communication has ceased weeks ago. We have spoken to other Investors who have experienced the same result.
It is highly likely the following individuals will attempt to start yet another company. These individuals have been involved with Global Reserves, Assured Capital, Atlantic Equity and WEP. The individuals are as follows:
Kurt Hamilton, Julie Holden, Bryan Smith (Matthew Jarvis was also listed as a shareholder, however at this time we have not been able to find additional information regarding his past relationships).
