Alan, not a CPA falsified Florida Corporation documents, changing the shareholder's stock ownership and without a meeting required by Fl. Law, added a third shareholder who did not exist, but was merely an employee. He falsified the corporate tax return that my attorney advised me not to sign, leaving me with the majority shareholder and therefore responsible for more taxes. He further inflated the other partners investment and showed profit as initial investment. He did the same for the employee. I have contacted the Investigation & Enforcement unit of the I.R.S. Who is doing a forensic audit and an ammended return. He is a rip off and my ex-partner used him for many years, thankfully I found this out our first year in business. I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer and a State Licensed Private Investigator and I will see this through to the end.
