Failed to deliver an item as described and paid for.internet

I ordered an item from this company 2 months ago and have been given the runaround on delivery. They said they'd reship but this apparently hasn't occurred. I called and do not get an email reply or have tried contacting them via email only to get a 'failure' response. I have tried to contact them via their website contact us and have not received a reply. I am out $163.30 and not happy!
