PS2 Cover, Console Fever
Ordered from them early july. Got a few emails from customer support but they have done nothing. They take weeks to reply and when they do its with empty promises they dont deliver on

I ordered something from them in early july. I noticed something wrong maybe two weeks later when I sent an email asking if their was an issue getting them item to me. Even though the site says they will respond in 12 to 24 hours it took them DAYS to respond to me. I got an email from someone named "steve" who either told me what I already knew, aka that my item never made it here or was telling me that he was on it and that he would handle the siutation asap. He never did. It is now October 28 and the last email I got from "Steve" said he would send my item to me HIMSELF and he would send it via expediated shipping. All I had to do was reply that morning. Well I got his email at 10am my time and sent him a reply shortly after telling him he could definetly do that. Its now the 28th and I have gotten no item nor the tracking number "steve" said he would send. At them point I am doing all I can to either get my item or get my money back.
