On the 13th of June I ordered a half roll of Door molding. With shipping I paid by credit card about $40.65. The charge cleared my bank on the 17th. I received a notice via email from mrtaillight stating my order was "in processing". Today is the 24th of June and my order status still says"in processing". I have not received a response to my inquiry regarding my order.
I googled the owner of mrtaillight, and he shows up on myspace as having last logged in today. He's got time for myspace but doesn't have time to reply to an email of a customer who paid for an item, that hasn't been sent after 12 days of being paid for? Regardless of the item or price, and even considering he may have an employee that has dropped the ball in my case, and messed something up. The website accepts payments, takes the money, and leaves the customer hanging. At least in my case. I'd really say buyer beware.
