Rxnicse-cs.com Failed to deliver two orders I place and paid for - Now impossible to contact them

I had placed 2 orders from these guys, received email confirmations on how they were able to process and got their payment (OF COURSE THEY DID), and when the first order never arrived after 8 weeks, I tried to call the number, and it doesn't work.

I tried to reply to the email, it got sent back, the website for the customer service doesn't exist either. Tried all kinds of ways to try and reach these crooks and came up with nothing!

Here is my loss to them so far.

Total amount: 111.52 USD.

I wish I had the sense to look at the complaint before I gave these crooks my money.
