I received the tea and decided that it was too expensive. I returned the unused portion in February. I asked for a refund. They agreed. To date I have not received the refund and they continue to deduct $19.95 for March, April, May and June. I e-mailed them again. They informed me that this has never happened before and they are so sorry! But as you can see they continue to steal my money. I told them they are not authroized to use my card but it still continues. What can I do to stop this.
