I purchased hospital benefit insurance for my husband. The sales person who sold me this policy lied. I talked with his sales person and explained my husbands medical contiontion and he assured me there would be no problems with any claims. He went even further to say that I should purchase the $1000.00 per day Intensive Care Benefits, which I did. My husband passed away the first of this year. I am still trying to get payment from this company! This company not only doesn't want to pay their claims but the had the nerve to bill me for two months after I called an reported my husband's passing. When you call they give you another number to call and no one is at that number. So you call the first number again and you get another person to call, around and around it goes. I just want them to know I am not going away I'll continue to write, call, contact news media and let all I know not to use this company!
