On 5/16 I purchased contacts. On 5/21/08 I named them-and ended the purchase. It did display as ended. On 5/29/08 I recd a contact informing me the purchase was hipped. I was billed $255.51 for that contacts and 2 facility costs of $35.00 each since themoney was not inside. I have been returning and forth together since. They claim they'll return anything ASAP but my lender is displaying like a foreign lender (its not) I told them-they had no trouble-making an unauthoruized cost to my bill. Is stillnot resolved. Needed to document grievances with my lender and also the BBB. They wont I would like to talk to a and return telephone calls.
