I ordered the "free trial" for shipping and handling charges. BEFORE the 14 days were up they had charged my bankcard for a shipment sent without my authorization. I returned the original "free trial" along with the second shipment only to be sent ANOTHER 2 bottles and my card charged $88.00 I have called and sat on hold for 40 minutes one time and then paid my grandson to sit and listen for over an hour... NO ONE ever answers. I have yet to receive a refund or ANY communication from these people email or otherwise. The email address they give you tells you to CALL them. I have canceled my card and have filed fraud charges with my bank! Do not fall for this rip off. You can buy the same product (ingredients) at Walmart for 9.99!
