I had a charge on my bank account I did not authorize, tried to call colonsmart and was put on hold for over 2 hours, this went on for 2 weeks, then I finally got through to them, and got a recording to use the website to cancel my order, but I never ordered anything. Now I am out $80, which I cannot spare. This is wrong!
