My wife has been trying to loose weight. After seeing their add on the internet we decided to give them a try. We ordered the tea and after receiving it my wife gave it a try. She followed the directions and did not loose any weight. We tried to call and cancell but they would only take cancellation via the internet. We went back to their websight and cancelled the program and sent their tea back.
While waiting for our refund, they started to bill us each month for $19.95. We received our refund for the tea and they still billed us $19.95. This has been going on now for five months. We tried call them yesterday, 5/28/08, and got no where. It seems we need to talk to a supervisor. We are still waiting for his call. WUYI is a ripoff artist.
