I ordered 1 Light Relief System with 1 A/C adaptor and 1 Large pad for a total of $ 134.75. I received 2 of each item, including a 'Soft-Lux' pillow that is clearly listed on the website for $ 0.00, and was charged $ 69.18 for it, for a total of $ 278.83 taken from my Bank Account. After NUMEROUS calls to customer service, I was finally given a RMA # to return 1/2 of the shipment.
I was told it would be refunded 7-10 business days. With a UPS Tracking Code, I knew the very day they received it.
3 weeks later I called to ask why I hadn't received my refund and was told AGAIN it would be 7-10 days. 15 days later I received a $ 119.85 Credit... Which was $ 24.00 LESS than the price they charged me for my Products, also not including the $ 10.35 I demanded for return shipping for THEIR MISTAKE.
After warning them that I would contact the Authorities if they didn't refund the full amount, their solution to the situation was to HANG UP on me every time I would call.
BEWARE... This Company makes DOUBLE SHIPMENTS and uses your overcharges to make interest on a daily basis and then only refunds a partial amount of what is owed to the Customers!!
