I contacted power tax relief in august and sent 700.00 to begin the process. Well IRS within 3 weeks redone my file and i only and i only owed 832.00 dollars and not 10,000 as they first thought. So i called thomas crane, i was told i cannot get a full refund but i would receive 500.00 back into my account on october 10th. And 2 days prior to that i received a call from mr. Crane saying it was an oversite, i only get 200.00 and then he threathen me saying if i continue to call his office i would receive nothing. Is there something can be done to force him to return money. He didnot do anything. I never sent him any personall information. And as of today. I have not received anything, no return calls from nancy who claims she do the refunds. Nothing
