Charge diet pills to my credit account without my consent & won't issue refund

I received a email from Nutritional Science Laboratories to try Lipocerin free for $ 2,95 shipping. After I paid the $ 2.95, my credit card was billed $ 84.90. I mailed the pills back using certified mail. I call their customer service department and they told me they had no such account on me. I notified my credit card company and sent them the letter I wrote. The compant refused to issue a refund to my credit card. The company received the diet pills.

I believe this is a scam and false advertising. I want a refund posted to my credit card account.
